From Charleston's Own®, this package of large "Junior Mammoth" fancy pecan halves are roasted and cooked in copper kettles over an open fire to create these pralines. The pecans are "pralined", with a rich candy like coating of sugar and sweet cream butter. An elegant southern treat to share or indulge yourself. Try these with ice cream or by themselves.
